Each new patient is required to schedule an initial doctor consultation. All listed prices are cash pay rates. We are sorry but at this time we cannot accept insurance, but HSA and FSA debit cards are welcome. Please see more financing details here. Fertility Doctor Consultation and Assessment
New patients - a 30 minutes video consultation via Zoom with a board certified and licensed Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Specialist. You and a doctor will review reproductive history for both partners, assess test results and recommend a comprehensive treatment plan.
Current patients - a 15 minutes follow up video consultation via Zoom with a board certified and licensed Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Specialist to review treatment progress, lab results and make adjustments.

Fertility Care Management & Monitoring
Comprehensive cycle management with expert medical oversight from the comfort of home. This service includes:
- - Diagnostic Coordination: We order and track necessary blood tests and imaging services, such as ultrasounds, at a facility local to you.
- - Prescription Management: Medications are sent directly to your local pharmacy for same-day pickup or to a fertility specialty pharmacy for convenient home delivery.
- - Real-Time Adjustments: Your doctor reviews your results as they come in to provide immediate, data-driven guidance for your treatment plan.
Ovulation Induction & Ovarian Stimulation
Ovarian stimulation and Ovulation induction are entry level treatments used before other assisted conception procedures to both induce ovulation and to increase the number of eggs released. This can increase the chances of a pregnancy happening. Ovarian stimulation and Ovulation induction can be done either with oral medications, or it can be done using injections. Those are entry-level treatments preceding artificial insemination or in vitro fertilization (IVF).

Supplemental to Ovulation Induction & Ovarian Stimulation treatments, trigger shot is an injection of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (hCG) hormone to get your body to release the multiple mature eggs waiting for release in your ovaries. It is always combined with an ultrasound to proper time the injection.
