All doctor appointments are subject to individual physician availability and can be scheduled 24/7/365. For the appointments scheduled outside of the support hours we will require time and date confirmation via SMS for the avoidance of doubt. Missed appointments are subject to our cancellation policy here

Shipping and Processing Times

We strive to process all orders within 30 minutes of the payment during the support hours above. If the payment was made outside of the listed hours, it will be processed first thing next day.

All medication is shipped with the next business day delivery service via UPS or FedEx.
